How to redeem coupon code during checkout?
When you reach the payment page of the checkout, enter your code in the coupon code box, click ‘Update Cart’, and the promotion will be added to your shopping bag.

How do I know if I've successfully completed my order online?
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to your registered email with order details.

How to change or cancel order?
We attempt to ship within 2 working days upon receipt of a Confirmed Order. However, this is subject to stock availability. If you want to make any changes or cancel, please inform us within 24 hours. Please provide your order number and contact information to our hotline at (822) 2661 6727 during business hour*. Once the order status is shipped, the address cannot be changed. You can check the order status when login, click on “My account” > “Order History”.

How to Track my order?
After successfully placing an order, we will send the order tracking ID to you by email. You can trace and track your order anytime.

How long does it take to receive the product?
Most of the time you will get the product within 7 days. However, this is subject to stock availability. We will email the expected delivery day by email. For public holiday, special occasion or weather, please kindly refer to the postal deadline.

Delivery

  1. Shipment will be by SF Express or Yamato TA-Q-BIN.
  2. A PO Box number is not acceptable for the Shipment Address. A deliverable address and telephone number are required. Before confirm the order, please confirm the filled address is complete, accurate and ensure can deliver to this address.
  3. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refused by recipient, failed delivery attempts, provision of a PO Box number or other reasons, such orders are regarded as “undeliverable orders” and we shall inform you by e-mail about the same. In such case we will issue a refund to you after deducting the shipping charges and handling charge surcharge. If you still want to buy the product, please place the order again.


Deliver Area
We currently offer the delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, some remote area of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Remote area refers to Sai Kung, Lau Fau Shan, Kam Tin, Pat Heung, Tung Chung, etc. Specific delivery dates and surcharges may apply to these areas.

Refund Policy

  1. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made, please send email to infoorder@tapgl.com notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. For food and skincare product, products should be keep intact unopen. For other products, please keep the outer package. Exchange or refund of a product cannot be accepted in the following cases:
    (a)    Products involves special or discounted rates with marked statement “non-refundable product “ on promotional offer.
    (b)    Products which have been used, opened, or the bottle is damaged, broken protective seal of the bottles, or where the lot number or expiration date is missing, covered or unreadable;
    (c)    Products which have expired or are within the last 12 months of shelf life.
    (d)    Any product without a proper proof of purchase or receipt
    (e)    Products obtained via any channel other than purchase through Tycoon Online Shop
    (f)    Products labeled as free, non-refundable or sample goods.
    (g)    Any product rejection due to personal preference
  3. Please note that shipment charges are non-refundable. Also, in cases of “undeliverable orders”, refund will be made to you after deducting the shipment charges and a handling charge surcharge (which will not exceed 15% of the total value of the “undeliverable order” to be refunded).
  4. Member applying for a refund shall give us all the details of the purchased product, and record of the online purchase of that product through Tycoon Online shop. We will verify the case and send you email confirmation on whether your refund application is approved.
  5. All applications for refund must be made within 7 days of its online purchase with supportive records to facilitate its refund application.
  6. Refund period is about 4 weeks from the date your order is verified for such refund arrangement and the operation requirement of the relevant payment agent when the payment was made.
  7. Tycoon reserves the right to deny any refund applications without prior notice where, in its sole and exclusive discretion, decides that such refund application is properly supported or not, and/ or to offer exchange of goods in lieu of a refund as the final decision.
  8. Our terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and interpreted according to Hong Kong laws. The Chinese version is for reference only and the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of any dispute or discrepancy.


About Membership

Application for Membership

  1. Please register as a member to place an order. Members can log into the Member Site upon successful registration. Once logged in, members can check their purchase and loyalty points record, as well as member rewards.
  2. To ensure member receiving the promotional offers and discounts, members may be requested to supplement or provide us with their complete and accurate personal data, including but not limited to their membership card ID, name, phone number, email address, birthday information and address.
  3. Unique user name (i.e. email address) may be used by a member to log into the Member Zone, where you can also reset your password in the “Forgot Password” section.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from customer/member's omission, neglect and/or failure to supply us with your updated information, or from the accuracy and completeness of those data.
  5. Tycoon has the absolute discretion to refuse and/or revoke the registration of any applicant and to terminate and/or cancel the registration of such applicant for any reason whatsoever. In the event a membership is terminated by us for any reason(s), related loyalty points will also be forfeited immediately
  6. Tycoon reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.


Membership Usage & Member Discounts

  1. Member must log into his or her membership account to obtain the discount & loyalty points.
  2. Purchase of Gift Card and Shopping Voucher, stored value top-up(TBC), delivery service charge and wrapping service charge will not qualify for any loyalty points, accumulative spending or free delivery service.
  3. A member should notify us immediately by calling the Customer Service Hotline (852) 2661 6727(TBC) (Mon-Fri 0900–1300; 1400-1800, except Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) if any error occurs when conducting transaction.
  4. Every dollar you spend at Tycoon eShop will be converted to 1 loyalty point. The earned loyalty points may vary subject to different promotions
  5. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months following the effective date of a membership, and loyalty points collected after this date will be calculated in calendar year. Loyalty points accumulated during this calendar year are valid from the effective date until the end of that year. Expired loyalty points will be automatically forfeited.
  6. All canceled transactions or shopping refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points obtained from it, including the extra loyalty points earned from specific promotions.
  7. Spending records and loyalty points will be normally issued and updated within 24 hours upon purchase, except for specified promotions
  8. An eCoupon can be used only at Tycoon online shop. It cannot be used at shops such as Manning, Watsons, SaSa, etc.
  9. Tycoon is not responsible for any fraudulent third party use due to lost or leaked eCoupons.
  10. We shall not be liable for any loss of Loyalty points or eCoupon suffered as a result of a technical defect or error that prevents us from retrieving information relating to your bonus point balance from our computer systems.
  11. From time to time Tycoon will update and improve the loyalty points and eCoupon redemption arrangement. Members can check the membership site for latest terms and/or announcements.
